In the third episode of our Sichuan adventure, we drive 10 hours from Moxi to Rilong. Along rivers, through majestic mountains, and long stretching grasslands. Tibetan villages, Monasteries, Cycling pilgrims and landslides all encountered and recorded.

In the second episode in our Sichuan adventure, we hike up the Hailuogou valley. A walk on ice hiking up into Asia’s lowest glacier. An easy stroll in high altitude, a cable car ride and a hot spring to finish the day. Prayer flags, waterfalls, an epic glacier and the odd monkey all included.

In the first episode in our Sichuan adventure we travel from Chengdu to Moxi Zhen and into the Hai Luogou valley. A mega drive right into the heart of Western Sichuan. A beautiful alpine town surrounded by snow covered mountains plus a walk in Red Panda land. Raging rivers, posing monkey’s and bamboo bridges are all included.

Gong Yani started her career as a synchronised swimmer when she was six years old. Originally from Wenzhou, in Zhejiang, her father believed she would have the chance of a better life if she joined the team. Her life since then has been through many ups and downs as she has struggled to progress to the senior team and have a shot at competing in the National championships. Her ultimate goal is to join the Chinese Olympic team. Coming back from a career threatening injury Yani is now captain of the Hunan Provincial team and working hard towards her goal.
